Achter dat logistieke proces staat een team dat weet van aanpakken. En daar kom jij in beeld. Jij werkt actief mee op de vloer, houdt het overzicht en zorgt ervoor dat alles soepel blijft draaien. Wat ga je doen? Als Meewerkend Voorman Logistiek ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de logistieke collega's tijdens jouw dienst. Je weet je collega's te motiveren om samen het beste resultaat neer te zetten. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, werkt zelf volop mee en houdt ondertussen het overzicht. Zie je dat iets slimmer of sneller kan? Dan pak je dat direct op. Loopt een collega ergens tegenaan? Dan help je mee. Zo zorg je er samen met twee andere meewerkend voormannen voor dat er gedurende de hele dag altijd een aanspreekpunt op de vloer aanwezig is. Je bent niet iemand die de hele dag achter een bureau zit. Jij staat liever midden in de actie. Daarom ben jij ook verantwoordelijk voor: - Het verzamelen, controleren en gereedmaken van bestellingen voor Transport; - Het laden van vrachtwagens en verzorgen van afhaalorders; - Het bewaken van de voorraad en signaleren van afwijkingen; - Het toezien op kwaliteit, (voedsel)veiligheid en hygiëne; - Het melden van storingen en bijzonderheden aan de Teamleider Logistiek; - Het uitvoeren van de dagelijkse controle- en afsluitronde. Kortom: jij bent de schakel tussen de logistieke operatie en het team op de werkvloer. Je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen en zorgt ervoor dat iedere bestellin...
