Wat je gaat doen Als Meewerkend Voorman Logistiek ondersteun je de Teamleider bij de dagelijkse aansturing van het warehouse. Je bewaakt de voortgang van het logistieke proces en bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's op de werkvloer.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:- Coördineren van dagelijkse logistieke werkzaamheden. - Ondersteunen van de Teamleider. - Verdelen van werkzaamheden binnen het team. - Scannen van binnenkomende vrachtwagens - Controleren van leveringen en transportdocumenten. - Verwerken van CMR-documentatie. - Bewaken van de goederenstroom. - Signaleren van vertragingen en knelpunten. - Toezien op kwaliteit en productiviteit. - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers. - Zorgen voor een veilige en georganiseerde werkomgeving. - Rapporteren aan de Teamleider. - Overnemen van operationele taken bij afwezigheid van de Teamleider.

Functie-eisen Ervaring binnen een logistieke of magazijnomgeving. - Ervaring met het aansturen of begeleiden van collega's is een pré. - Goede organisatorische vaardigheden. - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en zelfstandigheid. - Ervaring met scanners of warehouse management systemen. - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden. - Basiskennis van de Engelse taal. - Bereidheid om in ploegendienst te werken.
