Houd jij graag overzicht, werk je graag mee op de vloer én zie je direct waar processen slimmer kunnen? Dan is deze functie als Meewerkend Voorman Logistiek in Venlo iets voor jou!

Wat ga je doen? Als Meewerkend Voorman Logistiek ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een soepel verloop van de dagelijkse magazijn- en logistieke processen. Je werkt mee in de operatie, stuurt collega's aan en zorgt voor structuur en verbeteringen binnen het magazijn.

Jouw werkzaamheden:

- Aansturen en begeleiden van 1 tot 3 medewerkers; - Beheren van het magazijn en de logistieke processen; - Inkopen en bestellen van onderdelen en materialen; - Contact onderhouden met leveranciers; - Bewaken van levertijden en voorraad; - Coördineren van goederenstromen; - Verbeteren en optimaliseren van processen.

Wat bieden wij? - Bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.445 en €4.575 (o.b.v. fulltime) - Arbeidsvoorwaarden volgens CAO M&T Metaalbewerking - 25 vakantiedagen & 13 ADV dagen - Goede pensioenregeling - Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per km - Werken aan je eigen ontwikkeling via onze trainingen en opleidingen

Wat vragen wij? - Ervaring in een logistieke functie binnen een technische of productieomgeving; - Leidinggevende ervaring of de ambitie om een team aan te sturen; - Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt overzicht; - Je schakelt makkelijk tussen de werkvloer en administratieve taken.
