- Vacature Meewerkend Voorman Magazijn Raamsdonksveer Logo Raaak Personeel Wat ga je doen Als Meewerkend Voorman Magazijn ben je de spil in het magazijn en combineer je je eigen operationele werkzaamheden met een coördinerende rol binnen het team. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de dagelijkse werkplanning duidelijk is en dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Je bewaakt de voortgang van het werk en houdt de KPI's goed in de gaten, zodat alles volgens planning verloopt. Binnenkomende goederen neem je in ontvangst, controleer je zorgvuldig en verwerk je netjes in het systeem. Ook het verzamelen, controleren, verpakken en verzendklaar maken van orders behoort tot jouw dagelijkse taken. Loopt er ergens iets mis, zoals een mispick of een voorraadverschil? Jij duikt er direct in en weet snel tot een oplossing te komen. Merk je ICT- of systeemproblemen op, dan signaleer en begeleid je dit zodat iedereen weer lekker aan de slag kan. Je staat altijd klaar om collega's te ondersteunen bij operationele vragen en je helpt nieuwe medewerkers goed op weg tijdens hun inwerkperiode. Tot slot ben je actief bezig met verbeteringen en werk je volgens de Lean werkwijze aan een steeds efficiënter magazijn. Wat breng je mee - Je hebt een mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau - Je hebt minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring in een logistieke magazijnfunctie - Je hebt ervaring met WMS- en/of ERP-systemen - Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed - Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.000 en €3.300 (op basis van 40 uur) - 25 vakantiedagen per jaar (fulltime) en mogelijkheid om extra weken bij te kopen - Elke maand 8% vakantiegeld direct uitgekeerd - Reiskostenvergoeding: €0,23 per kilometer met de auto, €0,30 per kilometer met de fiets - Pensioenopbouw...
