Als meewerkend voorman paneelbouw vervul jij een cruciale schakelrol tussen de werkvoorbereiding en de uitvoering. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing van het paneelbouwteam en zorgt ervoor dat projecten volgens planning, binnen budget en met de hoogste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Daarnaast werk je zelf mee aan complexe en technisch uitdagende panelen, waarbij jouw vakmanschap en ervaring het verschil maken. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw team en onderhoudt nauw contact met de hardware engineers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders. In deze functie combineer je technisch vakmanschap met leidinggevende vaardigheden. Je plant de werkzaamheden, verdeelt taken binnen het team en bewaakt de voortgang van lopende projecten. Daarnaast coach en begeleid je teamleden in hun ontwikkeling en zorg je voor kennisoverdracht binnen de afdeling. Jouw ervaring en technische kennis maken jou de spil in het productieproces, waarbij je proactief meedenkt over verbeteringen en efficiëntere werkprocessen. Jouw belangrijkste taken zijn: - Dagelijkse aansturing en coördinatie van het paneelbouwteam; - Meebouwen aan complexe besturingspanelen voor industriële toepassingen; - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en veiligheid binnen de productie; - Technische begeleiding en coaching van teamleden; - Afstemming met hardware engineers over technische specificaties en wijzigingen; - Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken over procesverbeteringen; - Controleren van werkzaamheden en eindcontrole van opgeleverde panelen.

De functie biedt uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen de organisatie. Je kunt jezelf verder ontwikkelen richting een rol als productiecoördinator of projectleider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over meerdere teams of complexere projecten. Ook zijn er mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke technische domeinen zoals veiligheidst
