Ben jij een ervaren productiemedewerker of operator die klaar is voor meer verantwoordelijkheid? Als Meewerkend Voorman Productie in Horst combineer je het werken aan de productielijn met het dagelijks aansturen en ondersteunen van collega's. Je staat dus niet alleen aan de zijlijn: je werkt actief mee en zorgt er tegelijkertijd voor dat het team en het productieproces goed blijven draaien.

Je werkt in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie, waar champignons worden verwerkt en geconserveerd voor verdere toepassing in voedingsmiddelen. Op de locatie in Horst worden specifiek semi-geconserveerde champignons geproduceerd.

Je bewaakt de voortgang, helpt collega's bij vragen en grijpt in wanneer het proces daarom vraagt. Daarnaast bedien en stel je zelf machines in, los je kleine storingen op en controleer je de kwaliteit. Een functie voor iemand die techniek en productie-ervaring wil combineren met het aansturen van medewerkers.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Dagelijks ondersteunen en aansturen van medewerkers op de werkvloer. 👥 - Meewerken in het productieproces en zorgen voor een goede voortgang. - Instellen, bedienen en ombouwen van productiemachines. ⚙️ - Bewaken van het productieproces en tijdig bijsturen waar nodig. - Signaleren en zelfstandig oplossen van kleine storingen. 🔧 - Aanvoeren van grondstoffen en ondersteunen van de productie. - Controleren van kwaliteit, labeling en aantallen. 🔍 - Signaleren van verbeterpunten en bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie. - Verantwoordelijkheid nemen voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen het team.

Werktijden

Je werkt fulltime in een 2-ploegendienst:

- Ochtenddienst: 06:00 - 15:00 uur - Middagdienst: 15:00 - 00:00 uur

- Beschikt over mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau. 🎓 - Hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; ervaring in de foodsector is een pré. - Bent in staat om medewerkers op de werkvloer aan te sturen en te ondersteunen. 👥 - Beheerst de Nederlandse taal en kunt je daarnaast in het Engels verstaanbaar
