Vind je het leuk om collega’s aan te sturen, maar wil je zelf ook graag met je handen bezig blijven? Dan is deze functie als Meewerkend Voorman Productie in Aalten echt iets voor jou!

In deze rol stuur je een klein team productiemedewerkers aan en zorg je ervoor dat de productie soepel verloopt. Je bent het aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer: toegankelijk voor je collega’s, duidelijk wanneer dat nodig is en altijd bereid om zelf mee te werken.

Je werkt aan geautomatiseerde afvullijnen voor verschillende vloeistoffen. Omdat er met veel verschillende producten wordt gewerkt, worden de machines regelmatig omgebouwd en opnieuw afgesteld. Jij bent degene die ervoor zorgt dat dit goed gebeurt. Ook los je complexere storingen op waar je collega’s niet uitkomen. Daarnaast begin je iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur, een half uur voordat je team start. In dat eerste half uur zorg je ervoor dat de machines en productielijnen klaar zijn om de dag goed te beginnen. Voor deze vroege start ontvang je uiteraard een toeslag.

Wat ga je doen?- Je geeft dagelijks leiding aan een klein team productiemedewerkers; - Je bent toegankelijk en het eerste aanspreekpunt voor je collega’s op de werkvloer; - Je werkt zelf actief mee wanneer het productieproces goed loopt; - Je start iedere ochtend om 07:00 uur de productielijnen en machines op; - Je stelt machines nauwkeurig af en zorgt voor de juiste instellingen; - Je bouwt productielijnen om wanneer er met een ander product wordt gestart; - Je helpt bij het mengen en voorbereiden van producten voor de machines; - Je analyseert en verhelpt complexere storingen waar productiemedewerkers niet uitkomen; - Je bewaakt de kwaliteit en controleert of machines en productielijnen goed blijven functioneren.
