Functie Als Technisch Productiemedewerker ben je een belangrijke schakel binnen het productieproces van onze opdrachtgever. Je werkt met verschillende machines en installaties en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat de productie soepel en veilig verloopt. Je werkt onder andere aan de opzaklijn, waar je producten verwerkt, controleert en verpakt. Daarnaast houd je de kwaliteit in de gaten, signaleer je storingen en help je bij het oplossen van technische problemen. Ook logistieke werkzaamheden, zoals het laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met de heftruck, kunnen onderdeel zijn van je werk. Het productieproces is specialistisch en vraagt om technisch inzicht en gevoel voor het werk. Daarom krijg je een uitgebreid inwerktraject waarin je stap voor stap het volledige proces leert kennen. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Bedienen en controleren van productiemachines en installaties; - Verwerken, afvullen en verpakken van producten; - Controleren van de productkwaliteit en verpakkingen; - Signaleren en helpen oplossen van storingen; - Ondersteunen bij technische werkzaamheden en onderhoud; - Laden en lossen van vrachtwagens met de heftruck; - Controleren van voorraden en gereedzetten van bestellingen; - Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen het productieproces; Organisatie Bij onze opdrachtgever kom je terecht in een nuchter en betrokken familiebedrijf met een lange historie. Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het drogen en verwerken van luzerne en andere groenvoeders tot hoogwaardige diervoederproducten voor klanten in binnen- en buitenland.
