Ben jij een ervaren productiemedewerker of voorman die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt én zelf actief blijft meewerken? Als meewerkend voorman combineer je leidinggeven met praktisch werk aan de productielijn. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid en de kans om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een technisch productiebedrijf.

Je coördineert de dagelijkse werkzaamheden binnen jouw ploeg, bewaakt de voortgang, kwaliteit en veiligheid en werkt zelf mee waar dat nodig is. Daarnaast begeleid je nieuwe medewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Zo draag je samen met jouw team bij aan een soepel productieproces.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Verdelen en coördineren van de werkzaamheden binnen de ploeg; - Meewerken aan de verschillende onderdelen van de productielijn; - Bewaken van de planning, voortgang en kwaliteit; - Controleren of de geproduceerde rubberprofielen aan de gestelde eisen voldoen; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en verstoringen in het productieproces; - Ondersteunen bij het oplossen van praktische problemen aan de lijn; - Inwerken en begeleiden van nieuwe medewerkers; - Motiveren en aanspreken van medewerkers; - Toezien op een veilige en nette werkomgeving; - Zorgen voor een goede overdracht aan de volgende ploeg; - Afstemmen met de leidinggevende en andere betrokken collega’s.

Wat vragen wij van jou?

- Je hebt ervaring binnen een productieomgeving; - Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring als voorman, teamleider of eerste productiemedewerker; - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en werkt zelf actief mee; - Je kunt overzicht houden en werkzaamheden goed organiseren; - Je durft verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en collega’s aan te spreken; - Je bent betrouwbaar, duidelijk en besluitvaardig; - Je hebt aandacht voor kwaliteit en veiligheid; - Je bent bereid om in een drieploegendienst te werken; - Je spreekt bij voorkeur Nederlands.
