Als meewerkend voorman/vrouw sta je midden in het productieproces en ben je verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten verlopen van alles. Heb je al ervaring als operator en wil je de volgende stap in je carrière zetten? Dan is dit jouw kans. Je houdt het overzicht, verdeelt taken, registreert belangrijke productgegevens en zorgt ervoor dat alle processen veilig en volgens de normen verlopen. Geen dag is hetzelfde: het ene moment los je een kleine storing op, het volgende moment begeleid je collega's of controleer je de productieplanning. Je taken bestaan uit: - Nauwkeurig uitvoeren van werkzaamheden met oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid - Werken volgens ARBO-, HACCP- en bedrijfsvoorschriften - Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse personeels- en productieplanning - Registreren van productgegevens en zorgen voor een correcte verwerking - Controleren van werkplekken op netheid en goed functioneren van apparatuur - Zorgen voor een soepel productieproces volgens vastgestelde normen - Signaleren van proces- en productafwijkingen en oplossen van kleine storingen - Aansturen en begeleiden van teamleden op de werkvloer - Zorgen voor correcte sortering van eerste en tweede keus producten en afval Wat breng je mee? - Ervaring als operator, lijn-/ploegleider of in een vergelijkbare productieomgeving - MBO niveau 3 werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur met tech...
