Meewerkend voorman/-vrouw Productie: Verwerking & Voorbereiding Ben jij de aanjager die wij zoeken? Ben jij een natuurlijke leider met hart voor productie en food? Over de functie De voorbereiding & verwerking is het startpunt binnen het bedrijf. Hier worden alle inkomende goederen gelost, gecontroleerd, geregistreerd en opgeslagen. Dan begint het productieproces waar de vis door middel van traditionele en moderne technologieën en technieken verwerkt en voorbereidt wordt voor de rokerij maar ook voor de winkel bij sommige versproducten. Het team bestaat uit 7 tot 8 man waarbij een aantal medewerkers specifieke vaardigheden hebben. Jouw rol is om te zorgen dat de dagelijkse productieplanning gehaald wordt op een zo efficiënt mogelijke wijze, daarbij initiatief nemend in de prioritering van de productie. Je borgt dat alle productieopdrachten gedaan en klant specifieke orders klaargezet zijn. Je coördineert en coacht het team waarin je zelf deel neemt en waarbij je toeziet dat het werk wordt uitgevoerd op de juiste en afgesproken werkwijzen en volgens de geldende eisen omtrent hygiëne, Arbovoorschriften, veiligheid en voedselveiligheid. Je verzorgt hiervoor ook de nodige registraties. Constante communicatie met de andere afdelingen en de productiemanager t.b.v. dagelijkse planning, behoefte en operatie is essentieel voor de continue doorloop van de productie. Hierdoor ben je in staat om te sturen zodat de rokerij constant kan 'roken' maar ook dat de werkdag tijdig eindigt terwijl het werk wel gedaan is. Omdat onze sector gebonden is aan de seizoenen, zijn er periodes dat het werk relatief rustig is en je werkdag eerder eindigt maar ook dat er overgewerkt moet worden.
