Bij Louwman Toyota Rotterdam‑Noord zorg jij voor structuur in de werkplaats en houd je samen met je collega's de kwaliteit hoog. Wat ga je doen? Als Meewerkend Voorman ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen de monteurs en de werkplaatsreceptie. Je verdeelt het werk, stelt prioriteiten en houdt de planning scherp in de gaten. Tegelijkertijd werk je zelf actief mee in de werkplaats. Je zorgt ervoor dat werkzaamheden volgens planning en kwaliteitsnormen worden uitgevoerd. Je controleert het werk van collega's, begeleidt hen bij complexe reparaties en diagnoses en springt bij waar nodig, bijvoorbeeld tijdens drukke momenten of bij specialistische klussen. Daarnaast bewaak je de veiligheid en netheid in de werkplaats en begeleid je nieuwe collega's en stagiairs. Je stemt dagelijks af met de serviceadviseurs, zodat klanten duidelijk en tijdig geïnformeerd zijn over de voortgang van hun auto. Met jouw praktische en coachende aanpak loopt de werkplaats soepel en blijft het team gemotiveerd. Profiel Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, houdt overzicht en weet collega's op een positieve manier mee te nemen. Je communiceert duidelijk, schakelt snel en blijft rustig, ook als het druk is. Daarnaast vragen we: - Een afgeronde mbo‑opleiding Autotechniek (niveau 3 of hoger) of Technisch Specialist. - Ervaring in de werkplaats, bij voorkeur in een aansturende of coachende rol. - Een APK‑certificaat, of de bereidheid dit te behalen.
