Werk jij graag samen met collega’s en krijg je energie van het organiseren en begeleiden van een team? Voor onze schoonmaakwerkzaamheden in de recreatie en op diverse andere objecten in Friesland zoeken wij een meewerkend voorvrouw/man. Je werkt zelf mee, verzorgt de planning en zorgt samen met je collega’s voor een schoon en verzorgd resultaat.

Wie zijn wij?

Buwalda Multiservice biedt een breed pakket aan schoonmaak- en onderhoudsdiensten. Van schoonmaakonderhoud en glasbewassing tot gevelrenovatie, mutatieonderhoud en rioolservice. We werken door het hele land voor onder andere woningcorporaties, vastgoedverbeteraars, VvE’s, overheden, zorginstellingen, fabrieken en particulieren. Je komt terecht in een hechte organisatie met ongeveer 180 collega’s. We hebben korte lijnen en vinden persoonlijk contact en langdurige relaties belangrijk. Samen staan we voor service, kwaliteit en vernieuwing.

Wat ga je doen?

Als meewerkend voorvrouw/man ben je samen met je collega’s verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse schoonmaak op recreatielocaties en diverse andere objecten in Friesland. Je werkt actief mee en zorgt ervoor dat je collega’s weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Daarnaast verzorg je de planning van ongeveer zes collega’s en controleer je de schoonmaakkwaliteit op de objecten. Je houdt overzicht, begeleidt je team en stuurt bij waar nodig. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

· Het uitvoeren van schoonmaakwerkzaamheden samen met je collega’s.

· Het inplannen van ongeveer zes collega’s op de verschillende objecten.

· Het verdelen van werkzaamheden en geven van duidelijke instructies.

· Het controleren van de objecten op schoonmaakkwaliteit.

· Het begeleiden en motiveren van collega’s.

· Het bespreken en opvolgen van verbeterpunten.

· Het signaleren en doorgeven van bijzonderheden op de locaties.

Wanneer werk je?

Het betreft een fulltime functie van 38 uur per week. Je werkt op verschillende locaties in Friesland. Flexibele inzetbaarheid
