The posting

Binnen een groeiend familiebedrijf actief in schilderwerken, vloerbekleding en totaalafwerking krijg je een praktische en leidinggevende rol op de werf. Je combineert meewerken met het aansturen van medewerkers en onderaannemers en zorgt ervoor dat projecten veilig, kwalitatief en volgens planning worden uitgevoerd. Je bent de rechterhand van de projectleider en het aanspreekpunt op de werf.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opstarten en opvolgen van eigen medewerkers en onderaannemers terwijl je zelf actief meewerkt op de werf.
  • Organiseren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bewaken van de planning.
  • Uitvoeren van afwerkingswerken volgens hoge kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, veiligheid, orde en netheid op de werf.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en meedenken over praktische oplossingen.
  • Communiceren met de projectleider over de voortgang van de werken.
  • Focussen op de praktische organisatie en uitvoering zonder administratieve verantwoordelijkheden.
  • Ervaring als ploegbaas, meewerkend werfleider of vakman binnen de afwerkingssector.
  • Goede kennis van totaalafwerking.
  • Een vakman die graag het goede voorbeeld geeft.
  • Technisch inzicht en nauwkeurig werken met oog voor kwaliteit.
  • Organisatorisch sterk en in staat om mensen te motiveren.
  • Communicatief en oplossingsgericht.
  • Bij voorkeur woonachtig in de regio Oudsbergen.
