The posting

In deze functie ben jij het aanspreekpunt op de werf voor projecten in houtskeletbouw en maatwerk. Je coördineert het volledige traject: van opstart tot oplevering. Je combineert technische kennis met leiderschap en zorgt ervoor dat je ploeg het beste van zichzelf kan geven. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie, verdeling van taken en het motiveren van je team.

Een gemiddelde dag start met het overlopen van de planning, het organiseren van de werkzaamheden en het controleren van de werfinrichting. Je stuurt medewerkers en onderaannemers aan, volgt materiaalvoorzieningen op en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie met klanten, architecten en projectleiding. Je hebt een hands-on aanpak en grijpt in waar nodig om de kwaliteit en timing te bewaken. Administratieve opvolging en rapportering horen er uiteraard ook bij.

  • Ervaring als werfleider of ploegleider in de bouwsector
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Motiverend voor je ploeg, natuurlijk leiderschap
  • Zelfstandig en gestructureerd werken
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden met klanten en collega's
  • Proactieve en oplossingsgerichte ingesteldheid
  • Rijbewijs B(E)
  • VCA-certificaat is een plus
