Een belangrijke speler, gespecialiseerd in het beheer van internationaal transport en distributie gaat op zoek naar een meewerkende werkplaatsverantwoordelijke (m/v). Ze zijn trots op hun uitgebreide ervaring en netwerk van partners over heel Europa. Als werkplaatsverantwoordelijke speel je een cruciale rol in het onderhouden en repareren van het wagenpark, waardoor we de hoogste kwaliteit en veiligheid kunnen garanderen.

Voor hun nieuwe locatie waar ze, door sterke groei de afgelopen jaren, voor het eerst eigen onderhoud van de trailers zullen uitvoeren. Als nieuwe werkplaatsverantwoordelijke kan je dit verhaal dus trekken volgens jouw expertise. Van keuze werkmateriaal tot inrichting van het nieuwe pand. Een heel uitzonderlijke kans dus!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je plant en verdeelt de werkorders binnen de werkplaats, rekening houdend met prioriteiten en beschikbare middelen.
  • Het uitvoeren van onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden aan trailers.
  • Instaan voor het beheer van de reserveonderdelen, indien nodig ook bestellen
  • Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud en het opstellen van onderhoudsschema's.
  • Het ondersteunen en coachen van het monteursteam, inclusief het geven van technische adviezen en instructies.
  • Nauw samenwerken met de zaakvoerder, en hem updaten over de dagelijkse routine
  • Het is belangrijk dat je Nederlandstalig bent, met een goede kennis Frans zodat je kan communiceren met jouw collega's
  • Door enige ervaring in de sector, kan je perfect zelfstandig werken
  • Zowel administratief als uitvoerend werk schrikken jou niet af
