Binnen deze organisatie wordt gewerkt volgens een duidelijk seizoensritme, waarbij het productieseizoen loopt van midden april tot eind oktober en waarbij weekendwerk mogelijk is.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Bereidheid om tijdens het productieseizoen sporadisch weekendwerk op te nemen en uitzonderlijke wachtdiensten te verzekeren;
  • Focus op preventief onderhoud in het laagseizoen, met aandacht voor elektrische, mechanische en hydraulische betrouwbaarheid;
  • Verantwoordelijkheid voor een snelle, nauwkeurige en duurzame oplossing van technische storingen;
  • Mogelijkheid om naast technische taken ook te functioneren als werkvoorbereider;
  • Instaan voor de juiste materiaalvoorziening, een efficiënte planning en duidelijke instructies voor collega’s;
  • Actieve bijdrage aan procesoptimalisatie dankzij relevante ervaring en inzicht;
  • Ondersteuning van de verdere groei en professionalisering van het bedrijf door een meedenkende houding.

Wat maakt van jou de ideale kandidaat?

  • Grote affiniteit met techniek en een sterke voorkeur voor werken binnen een productieomgeving in de voedingssector;
  • Diploma in elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica of hydraulica, aangevuld met relevante ervaring die zelfstandig werken mogelijk maakt;
  • Extra troeven zoals kennis van PLC‑sturingen, ervaring met koeltechniek, hoogspanning of basis laswerken;
  • Vlotte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal om duidelijk te communiceren met collega’s, leveranciers en andere partners;
  • Vermogen om nauwkeurig en geconcentreerd te blijven werken, zelfs in ruimtes met temperaturen onder het vriespunt;
  • Flexibiliteit om sporadisch weekendwerk en wachtdiensten op je te nemen;
  • Gemotiveerde houding in een omgeving waar techniek, kwaliteit en veiligheid centraal staan.
