Higenius is een professioneel schoonmaakbedrijf met jarenlange ervaring in het reinigen van kantoren, scholen, zorginstellingen en andere bedrijfsruimtes. Kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en klangerichtheid staan bij ons centraal. Om ons team te versterken zijn wij opzoek naar:

1 Meewerkend ploegleider (brigadier) jij bent de onmisbare schakel tussen de werkvloer en de klant. Je steekt zelf de handen uit de mouwen, maar houdt tegelijkertijd het overzicht over de kwaliteit van het werk en de aansturing van het team op locatie.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Schoonmaakwerkzaamheden: Je maakt zelf actief mee schoon volgens het werkschema.
  • Aansturing & Coaching: Je instrueert collega’s, werkt nieuwe medewerkers in en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen op de werkvloer.
  • Kwaliteitsbewaking: Je voelt je verantwoordelijk voor een brandschoon eindresultaat en voert periodieke kwaliteitscontroles uit.
  • Materialenbeheer: Je controleert de voorraad van schoonmaakmiddelen en -materialen en geeft bestellingen tijdig door.

Aanspreekpunt op locatie: Je onderhoudt samen met uw Regio Manager een professioneel contact met de klant op de werkvloer

Wat wij zoeken in jou:

  • Ervaring: Aantoonbare ervaring in de professionele schoonmaak en hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende of sturende rol.
  • Instelling: Je werkt nauwkeurig en weet van aanpakken.
  • Vaardigheden: Je bent organisatorisch sterk, stressbestendig en weet een team te motiveren.
  • Flexibiliteit: Geen 9-tot-5-mentaliteit en bereid om op wisselende tijden of locaties te werken (rijbewijs B is een pluspunt).
