Ben jij een ervaren dakwerker met leidinggevende capaciteiten en werk je graag in eigen regio?

Voor onze werven in Limburg zoeken wij een gemotiveerde meewerkende ploegbaas voor hellende daken (nieuwbouw en renovatie). Dit is een unieke kans om je vakmanschap en leidinggevende vaardigheden volledig tot hun recht te laten komen in een dynamische bouwomgeving.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je leidt een kleine, hechte ploeg dakwerkers en zorgt voor een vlotte samenwerking op de werf. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van dagelijkse werkzaamheden, het motiveren van je team en het waarborgen van een veilige werkplek.
  • Je steekt zelf actief de handen uit de mouwen en voert dakwerken mee uit. Als meewerkende ploegbaas ben je niet alleen manager, maar ook een volledig lid van het team dat samen met je collega's aan projecten werkt.
  • Je plaatst dakconstructies, isolatie, onderdak en diverse dakbedekkingen (zoals pannen en leien). Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren van alle technische aspecten van dakwerk, van voorbereiding tot afwerking.
  • Je volgt de werkzaamheden op en bewaakt streng de kwaliteit, veiligheid en deadlines. Dit betekent regelmatige controles, het aanpassen van werkprocessen waar nodig en het waarborgen dat alle projecten op tijd en volgens specificaties worden opgeleverd.

Wat mag je verwachten?

  • Je werkt op projecten in heel Limburg, wat zorgt voor beperkte reistijden. Dit betekent minder tijd in de auto en meer tijd voor je gezin en privéleven.
  • Een mooie mix van nieuwbouwprojecten en uitdagende renovaties. Je ervaart afwisseling in je werk en leert voortdurend bij door diverse projecttypen en klanten.
  • Een job waarin jouw leidinggevend talent en vakmanschap centraal staan. Je krijgt de ruimte om je team te ontwikkelen en je eigen werkstijl in te brengen, terwijl je tegelijkertijd erkend wordt voor je technische expertise.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar ervaring met hellende dakwerken
  • Technisch inzicht en vermogen om bouwplannen te lezen
  • Ervaring met het aansturen van een werkploeg
  • Vloeiend Nederlands; andere talen zijn een voordeel
  • VCA-basisveiligheidsattest vereist
  • Rijbewijs B vereist
