Wat ga je doen als Meewerkende team coördinator? - Uitvoeren van steriele bereidingen en productieprocessen volgens GMP-richtlijnen; - Werken in clean rooms (klasse B, C en D) en zorgdragen voor een correcte product-verwerking; - Labelen, verpakken en administratief vastleggen van productiegegevens; - Beheren, controleren en steriliseren van hulpmaterialen; - Dagelijks aansturen, begeleiden en inwerken van collega's binnen het clean room-team; - Bewaken van de planning en zorgen voor een tijdige uitvoering van werkzaamheden; - Signaleren van knelpunten, fungeren als aanspreekpunt en waar nodig opschalen richting management. Functie-eisen Wij zoeken niet per se de kandidaat met de meeste farmaceutische ervaring. Voor deze functie vinden wij het belangrijker dat je beschikt over natuurlijke leiderschapskwaliteiten en een positieve instelling. - MBO 4 of HBO werk- en denkniveau; - Ervaring binnen een GMP- of cleanroomomgeving is een pré, maar geen vereiste; - Administratief vaardig en bekend met Word en Excel; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsgericht; - In staat collega's aan te spreken op afspraken en werkwijze; - Leergierig en gemotiveerd om nieuwe processen eigen te maken Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een uitdagende functie van Meewerkende team coördinator waarin je meewerkt, meedenkt én een belangrijke rol speelt in de dagelijkse aansturing van het team.
