Voor een klant in Heusden-Zolder zijn we op zoek naar een verantwoordelijke teamleader in Transport en chauffeurs in de nacht.

Ben jij een ervaren chauffeur C/CE die klaar is voor de volgende stap? Combineer je de vrijheid van de weg graag met het overzicht en de verantwoordelijkheid van een organisatorische rol? Wat ga je doen?

In deze rol ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen de planning en de weg. Je stuurt niet alleen aan vanaf de zijlijn, maar steekt ook zelf de handen uit de mouwen én kruipt achter het stuur. Jouw werkdag (of liever: werknacht) speelt zich af tussen 00:00u en 10:00u en bestaat uit vier pijlers:

Planning & Organisatie

  • Je stelt de distributierondes op en optimaliseert ze voor maximale efficiëntie.
  • Je past routes flexibel aan wanneer er nieuwe klanten bijkomen of als de situatie daarom vraagt.

Operationele Aansturing

  • Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor jouw collega-chauffeurs en de medewerkers op de laadkade.
  • Je zorgt dat het laden en lossen vlot verloopt en springt bij op de werkvloer waar nodig.

Administratie & Opvolging

  • Je volgt de prestaties en gewerkte uren van de chauffeurs nauwkeurig op.
  • Je beheert de administratie rondom leeggoed, transportgegevens en klanten dossiers.
  • Je controleert en keurt de transportgerelateerde facturen goed.

Actief op de weg

  • Je bent niet alleen organisator, maar ook chauffeur: je voert zelf transporten, leveringen en ophalingen uit bij onze klanten.

ProfielWie zoeken we?

Je bent een natuurlijke leider die stevig in zijn schoenen staat, communicatief sterk is en de taal van de chauffeurs spreekt.

  • Rijbewijs & Attesten: Je bent in het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs C of CE, code 95, een geldige medische schifting en een bestuurderskaart.
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring als chauffeur (ervaring in distributie is een grote troef).
  • Talenknopen: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans.
  • Skills: Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen en bent organisatorisch ijzersterk.
  • Flexibiliteit: Werken in de nacht is voor jou geen opgave, maar een bewuste keuze.
