Over het bedrijf

Dit bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in het verwerken, afwerken en plaatsen van natuursteen en composiet zoals marmer, graniet, kwartscomposiet, keramiek en kalksteen. Ze realiseren maatwerk voor huizen en appartementen: keukenwerkbladen, badkamers, raamtabletten, vloeren, trappen en gevelbekleding. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door korte communicatielijnen, een ‘can do’-mentaliteit en trots op vakmanschap — elke medewerker draagt bij aan een kwalitatief eindresultaat.

Jouw functie

Als meewerkende teamleader begeleid je een klein team (2 à 3 personen) bij de plaatsing van keukenwerkbladen, spatwanden en interieuronderdelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een correcte uitvoering op de werf, onderhoudt contact met de klant bij oplevering en helpt actief mee met het tillen, monteren en afwerken van werkbladen.

Je bent klantgericht, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig.Je hebt inzicht in techniek en kan goed meten, aanpassen en vooruitdenken in oplossingen.Je beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin en werkt vlot samen met collega’s.Ervaring met hout- of metaalbewerking is een plus, maar geen vereiste.Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels en communiceert efficiënt (bijv. via Viber).Je bent fysiek in staat om tilwerk uit te voeren.Je bent flexibel en oplossingsgericht ingesteld.Rijbewijs B is vereist; BE is een troef.Je hebt eventueel ervaring als zelfstandige of in een leidinggevende, uitvoerende functie.
