Wij bij Vivaldis op zoek naar een Meewerkende Teamleider 2 Ploegen. Heb jij de nodige technische kennis en ervaring als operator? Ben je klaar om je expertise te combineren met een eerste ervaring in leidinggeven? Lees dan verder!

Jouw rol:

Je werkt 80% mee op de werkvloer en neemt ondersteuningstaken op als operator.

De resterende 20% besteed je aan administratieve taken, zoals het opvolgen van rapportages en het bijwerken van productiegegevens.

Je coördineert en motiveert jouw team binnen een 2-ploegensysteem.

Je bewaakt en stuurt het productieproces, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en efficiëntie.

Proactief oplossen van technische storingen.

Je draagt actief bij aan een vlotte samenwerking en communicatie binnen het team.

Profiel

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een technische achtergrond en ervaring als operator.
  • Een eerste ervaring als teamleider is een grote plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je spreekt en begrijpt zowel Nederlands als Engels goed. (interne communicatie)
  • Je bent georganiseerd en houdt ervan om samen te werken in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Geen specifieke diploma’s of attesten vereist, maar motivatie en verantwoordelijkheid wel.
  • Werken in een 2-ploegenregime is voor jou ideaal.
