Voor onze klant, een toonaangevend bedrijf in de bouwsector, zijn we op zoek naar een meewerkend werfleider. Jij bent de sleutelfiguur bij de uitvoering van gevel- en dakbekleding projecten in Oost-Vlaanderen. Wil jij meewerken aan uitdagende projecten en de kwaliteit van het werk waarborgen? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Zo ziet je werkdag eruit

  • Teamwork: Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s en zorgt voor de plaatsing van gevel- en dakbekleding in metaal of volkernmaterialen.
  • Projectcoördinatie: Je coördineert de werf van A tot Z, inclusief opstart, planning, taakverdeling en opvolging van de werkzaamheden.
  • Leiderschap: Je stuurt een team van 8 eigen monteurs en verschillende onderaannemers aan.
  • Kwaliteit en Veiligheid: Je waarborgt dat elk project voldoet aan hoge kwaliteitseisen en veiligheidsnormen.
  • Laatste Schakel: Je werkt samen met projectleiders om elk project succesvol af te ronden.
  • Je voelt je in je element in de buitenlucht en hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Oog voor detail en precisie zijn jouw tweede natuur; je bent trots op je werk.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke flair om collega’s te motiveren en hen te helpen groeien.
  • Duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte samenwerking met projectleiders en het management zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Technisch inzicht is een must; ervaring met staal of aluminium is een plus.
