Functieomschrijving Binnen het HR-team van Circular IT Group krijg je de kans om ervaring op te doen met verschillende onderdelen van HR en dingen zelfstandig op te pakken. Circular IT Group helpt organisaties om slimmer en duurzamer met IT om te gaan. We verlengen de levensduur van IT-apparatuur door hardware opnieuw in te zetten, te refurbishen en een tweede leven te geven. Ons HR-team werkt voor verschillende onderdelen van Circular IT Group. Daardoor krijg je tijdens je stage te maken met verschillende teams, functies en HR-vraagstukken en krijg je een breed beeld van het HR-vak in de praktijk. Tijdens je stage draai je mee met het HR-team en werk je samen met collega's binnen verschillende onderdelen van onze organisatie. Je kunt je bezighouden met recruitment, onze Academy, onboarding, HR-administratie en verschillende projecten binnen HR. De keuze is reuze. Wat ga je doen? Omdat we op dit moment meerdere stageplekken hebben, kijken we graag naar waar jouw interesses en kwaliteiten liggen. Zo kun je ontdekken welke kant van HR het beste bij je past en tegelijkertijd brede praktijkervaring opdoen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan: - Ondersteunen bij recruitment en contact onderhouden met kandidaten. - Vacatures publiceren en helpen bij het vinden van nieuwe collega's. - Meewerken aan onze interne Academy. - Ondersteunen bij de onboarding van nieuwe medewerkers. - Helpen met HR-administratie en personeelszaken. - Meewerken aan verschillende projecten binnen HR. - Meedenken over hoe we dingen binnen HR slimmer of beter kunnen doen.
