Ontwikkel dashboards, ontdek inzichten en maak impact met data. 16 tot 24 uur per week € 561,00 per maand Meewerkstage datagedreven HR (HBO) bij Gom! 16 tot 24 uur per week € 561,00 per maand Functieomschrijving Tijdens deze meewerkstage maak je deel uit van het centrale HR-team van Gom, binnen de afdeling HR Data. Hier worden HR-data en informatievraagstukken samengebracht om de organisatie te voorzien van waardevolle inzichten. Geen theoretisch onderzoek, maar juist actief aan de slag met dashboards, analyses en datagedreven verbeteringen binnen de organisatie. Je werkt op het snijvlak van HR, data-analyse en stakeholdermanagement. Samen met de HR Data Analist help je verschillende stakeholders om data beter te benutten voor besluitvorming, verbeterinitiatieven en het meten van resultaten. Hierbij krijg je veel ruimte om zelfstandig aan de slag te gaan, mee te denken en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw werkzaamheden tijdens je stage: - Ondersteunen bij het opzetten, beheren en verbeteren van HR-dashboards; - In gesprek gaan met stakeholders om informatiebehoeften op te halen en te vertalen naar user stories; - Uitvoeren van datakwaliteitscontroles en signaleren van verbetermogelijkheden; - Collega's ondersteunen bij het gebruik van dashboards en HR-data; - Analyses uitvoeren om de effecten van projecten en initiatieven inzichtelijk te maken; - Opstellen van verbet...
