Op onze Facility afdeling zorgen we ervoor dat de dagelijkse gang van zaken binnen het bedrijf soepel verloopt en dat de facilitaire processen efficiënt en effectief worden uitgevoerd. De Facility Coördinator is verantwoordelijk voor het coördineren van het onderhoud, bijhouden en begeleiden van keuringen en inspecties, beveiliging, inkoop materialen en andere facilitaire diensten. Jij gaat hier als stagiair bij ondersteunen. - Het verstrekken en registreren van verschillende bedrijfseigendommen zoals kleding, badge, kluissleutel etc.; - Assisteren bij het organiseren en uitvoeren van evenementen; - Het bestellen van artikelen en materialen en verstrekt deze; - Onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers, opvragen van offertes, onderhandelen en afspraken maken met hen en toezien op het nakomen van deze afspraken waaronder het onderhouden van periodieke keuringen; - Assisteren overige administratieve zaken op de afdeling. - Het opstellen van kosten voorstellen.
