Dan is deze meewerkstage bij het Festival & Events team van Coca-Cola Europacific Partners iets voor jou! Je krijgt de kans om waardevolle ervaring op te doen en een bijdrage te leveren aan de planning en uitvoering van evenementen. Wat ga je doen? Als stagiair(e) Festival & Events ondersteun je het team bij verschillende projecten, waaronder: - Events: - Bezoeken van toffe evenementen en festivals - Ondersteunen bij diverse projecten binnen het Festival & Events team - Analyseren van volumegroei of -afname per klant/festival - Opstellen en beheren van de evenementenkalender en volume forecast-overzichten - Marktinzichten verzamelen en verwerken in presentaties - Hospitality: - Evenementmanagement van A tot Z: ondersteuning bieden bij VIP partner evenementen en het hosten van onze partners. - Beheren en coördineren van hospitality kaarten via onze interne hospitality tool (festivals, leisure, sport, concerten) en zorgen voor een tijdige verzending - Stimuleren van de afname van hospitality kaarten en rapporteren van de beschikbaarheid. - Beheren van ons Hospitality Tool (reserveringssysteem voor kaarten) Wie ben jij? Je bent enthousiast, flexibel en niet bang om de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Je bent bereid om gezellig in de weekenden te werken en hebt een hand-on mentaliteit. Daarnaast herken je jezelf in de volgende punten: - Je volgt een HBO-, WO- of Masterstudie in de richting van Commercieel, Marketing, Communicatie of Hotelschool; - Je bent beschikbaar vanaf 1 februari 2027 t/m eind augustus 2027 (startdatum in overleg); - Je bent op zoek naar een fulltime meewerkstage...
