Meewerkstage Front Office Het team van Abdij Hotel Rolduc is op zoek naar een team player die ons Front office team kan ondersteunen. Wij zijn een hecht team en daarnaast zijn we een beetje eigenzinnig, ambitieus maar vooral een echte 'pack of wolves'. De belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden en taken - Ontvangen en verwelkomen van onze gasten. - Het aannemen en verwerken van reserveringen. - Het in- en uitchecken van binnen- en buitenlandse gasten. - Zorgen voor een goede informatievoorziening richting onze gasten. - Het afhandelen van inkomend en uitgaand telefoon- en emailverkeer. - Het informeren van andere afdelingen zoals Housekeeping en Sales. - Ondersteuning bij administratieve taken. Functievereisten - Je volgt minimaal een MBO opleiding. - Je bent handig met de computer en leert snel. - Je bent zakelijk ingesteld, representatief en bezit sterke communicatieve vaardigheden. - Je bent flexibel, pro-actief en klantgericht. - Weekenddagen zijn voor jou ook regelmatig een werkdag.
