Vanaf september zoeken wij een enthousiaste HR-meewerkstagiaire die ons team komt versterken op het gebied van Recruitment en Opleiding & Training. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast, energiek en jong HR-team met ambitie. Samen met ongeveer 20 collega's werken we iedere dag aan het verbeteren van de HR-dienstverlening en bouwen we aan een sterke organisatie met trotse medewerkers. Jouw stage in de praktijk Dyn staazje yn de praktyk Tijdens deze stage krijg je een goed beeld van werken binnen de provincie Fryslân. Je draait volwaardig mee in het HR-team en werkt samen met collega's aan actuele maatschappelijke vraagstukken. Daarbij krijg je de kans om praktijkervaring op te doen, mee te werken aan diverse HR-projecten en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wat ga je doen? - Vacatures plaatsen via verschillende websites en socialmediakanalen; - De recruitmentmailbox beheren en binnenkomende vragen en verzoeken verwerken; - Open sollicitaties en de sollicitantenportefeuille beheren; - Ondersteunen bij recruitmentactiviteiten; - Bijdragen aan de organisatie van cursussen en trainingen, zoals deelnemers uitnodigen, mailcontact onderhouden, vragen beantwoorden en materialen regelen; - Meehelpen bij de voorbereiding en organisatie van evenementen en bijeenkomsten, zoals de Week van de Uitwisseling en de Eed & Belofte; - Ondersteunen tijdens deze bijeenkomsten en evenementen op de dag zelf.
