Je helpt bij storingen, beantwoordt productvragen, spreekt dagelijks met onze energieklanten en belt na voor feedback. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je ziet direct wat jouw gesprekken opleveren voor echte mensen. Je komt terecht in een hecht team waar collega's al jaren samenwerken en de sfeer informeel en direct is. Je wordt breed ingezet binnen de verschillende verticals van Customer Support, van after sales tot factureringsvragen. Zo leer je hoe een snelgroeiende scale-up klanten ondersteunt in hun stap naar schone energie, en draag je elke dag bij aan plan Zero.
