Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit , 40 Wochenstunden

Aufgaben

* Verantwortung für die technische und kaufmännische Leitung der Werkstätte und des Aftersales-Bereichs einschließlich Ersatzteilmanagement und Auftragsannahme

* Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Förderung eines engagierten Teams

* Sicherstellung effizienter und reibungsloser Prozesse - von der Angebotserstellung über die Terminplanung bis hin zur Abrechnung

* Steuerung und Koordination von Werkstattaufträgen unter Einhaltung von Terminen, Qualitätsstandards und hoher Kundenzufriedenheit

* Professionelle Bearbeitung von Garantie- und Gewährleistungsfällen in enger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Herstellern

Anforderungen

* Fundierte Ausbildung (Lehre, Meister) im Bereich Land- und Maschinenbautechnik

* einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bau- oder Landmaschinenbereich

* Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung

* Solide kaufmännische Kenntnisse sowie Affinität zu Kennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen

* Gewinnende Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten sozialen Kompetenzen und Hands-on-Mentalität

* Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten auch in einem dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld sicher zu setzen

Wir bieten

Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 70.000.- abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
