Functie

Vivaldis zoekt een mekanieker voor een sterke speler in de verkoop en service van tuin- en bosbouwmachines in de regio Steenokkerzeel (1820). Je komt terecht in een team waar betrouwbaarheid, service en kwaliteit centraal staan. In deze rol zorg jij ervoor dat machines in topconditie blijven, zodat klanten op hun materiaal kunnen rekenen tijdens elk seizoen. Je krijgt ruimte om bij te leren en stapsgewijs meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Onderhoud en herstellingen uitvoeren aan tuinmachines en klein materieel (elektrisch, 2-takt en 4-takt)
  • Storingen opsporen en technische diagnoses stellen
  • Testen, afstellen en kwaliteitscontroles na herstelling
  • Basisadministratie rond interventies (werkbonnen, gebruikte onderdelen)
  • Meedenken over een nette, veilige en efficiënte werkplaats
  • Occasioneel klanten te woord staan met een servicegerichte houding

Je werkt in een omgeving met korte communicatielijnen en een praktische “hands-on” aanpak. Doorgroeien kan richting allround technieker, diagnosetechnieker of meer verantwoordelijkheid in planning/atelierwerking.

Profiel

Je bent technisch aangelegd en haalt energie uit het oplossen van mechanische en elektrische problemen. Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar stemt vlot af met collega’s om het atelier draaiende te houden. Je hebt al een eerste ervaring of stage achter de rug en wil je verder ontwikkelen binnen onderhoud en herstelling van tuin- en bosbouwmachines.

Wat we graag in jou zien:

  • Opleiding: secundair onderwijs (technische richting is een plus)
  • Ervaring: 0–2 jaar relevante ervaring (of sterke motivatie met technische basis)
  • Technische kennis: onderhoud/herstel van (lichte) verbrandingsmotoren; interesse in elektrische aandrijvingen is mooi meegenomen
  • Talen: Nederlands zeer goed; Frans basis (pluspunt)
  • Rijbewijs: B (BE is een extra troef)
  • Werkstijl: zelfstandig, gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en veiligheid-bewust
  • Beschikbaarheid: voltijds; werken volgens atelieruren dinsdag t.e.m. zaterdag
