Meldkamermedewerker | €16 - €20 | 24-36 uur | Apeldoorn Locatie Apeldoorn Salaris € 16 - € 20 Opleiding Mbo Werkweek Part time, Full time Solliciteer direct online Als meldkamermedewerker (centralist) in Apeldoorn monitor je alarmmeldingen en camerabeelden van bouwplaatsen, infrastructuurprojecten en industriële locaties in binnen- en buitenland. Je beoordeelt situaties en schakelt direct met politie en surveillanten. 24 tot 36 uur per week in ploegendienst, voor €16 tot €20 per uur plus toeslagen volgens de cao Particuliere Beveiliging. Over de functie Als centralist werk je op een meldkamer, waar je de beveiliging bewaakt van locaties van klanten in binnen- en buitenland. Je houdt alles in de gaten en zorgt dat incidenten snel en goed worden opgepakt. Er komen de hele dag meldingen binnen. Jij houdt het overzicht, beoordeelt wat er aan de hand is en neemt beslissingen die direct effect hebben. Samen met collega's en hulpdiensten beperk je risico's en voorkom of los je incidenten op. Wat je op een dienst doet: - Alarmmeldingen monitoren en opvolgen - Situaties beoordelen en de juiste hulpdiensten inschakelen - Direct schakelen met politie en surveillanten - Incidenten vastleggen en rapportages maken - Meedenken over verbeteringen in de dienstverlening Je werkt 24/7 in ploegendiensten: - 07:00 - 15:00 - 15:00 - 23:00 - 23:00 - 07:00 De nadruk ligt op avond-, nacht- en weekenddiensten, omdat er dan de meeste meldingen binnenkomen. Over het bedrijf Je gaat werken bij een internationale organisatie die beveiliging regelt voor bedrijven en projecten, bijvoorbeeld met camera's en bewaking op locatie. Denk aan bouwplaatsen, infrastructuurprojecten en industriële locaties. Op de meldkamer komen alle meldingen binnen en wordt direct actie ondernomen. Je werkt met moderne systemen en ervaren collega's. Omdat de organisatie internationaal groeit, is er ruimte om je te ontwikkelen en mee te denken over de werkwijze...
