Functieomschrijving Als menger ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het maken van de lekkerste ijsproducten. Je volgt vaste recepten om alle grondstoffen heel precies af te wegen. Je houdt de voorraad van de ingrediënten goed in de gaten. Zo loopt het productieproces altijd volgens de planning door. Daarnaast houd je jouw eigen werkplek en de machines netjes en schoon. Dit zorgt voor een veilige werkomgeving voor iedereen. Je schrijft alle gegevens van de productie zorgvuldig op in het systeem. Ook help je de operators tijdens het wisselen van de producten. Jouw werk zorgt voor een constante kwaliteit van elk ijsje dat de fabriek verlaat. Het is een verantwoordelijke baan die vraagt om oog voor detail.
