Als Menger in de productie sta jij midden in het proces. Jij kent het van A tot Z, houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles soepel en strak verloopt. Klinkt simpel? Dat is het niet. Zonder jouw precisie geen topkwaliteit wafels. Zo maak je werk van jouw toekomst. Wat ga je doen? Als Menger sta je midden in het hart van onze wafelproductie. Jij zorgt dat het beslag en de romige crèmevullingen perfect worden, bedient de meng- en deegmachines en stelt de vullijn en ovens in. Zo houd jij alles in de gaten en zorg je dat elke wafel van topkwaliteit is. Binnen 8 weken leiden we je op tot allround Menger, zodat je het hele proces kent en door kunt groeien. Wat ga je doen? - Mengen en produceren van beslag en vullingen volgens recept en planning. - Bedienen van mengmachines, vullijn en ovens en tijdens het proces meten, controleren en registreren. - Afwegen van grondstoffen en samenwerken met je team om wafels van topkwaliteit te maken. Je werkt in een levendige productieomgeving, soms warm en lawaaierig, maar met de juiste PBM's veilig en comfortabel. Je draait mee in een 3-ploegendienst (06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, 22:00-06:00, nachtdienst start zondagavond). Wat wij bieden - Je ontvangt een prima bruto maandloon tussen de € 2.598,00 en € 3.293,00 (exclusief ploegentoeslag). - En ontvangt elke vrijdag jouw verdiende weeksalaris rechtstreeks op je rekening. - Je werkt in de leukste en lekkerste wafelfabriek van Nederland, waar passie en kwaliteit centraal staan. - Bij goed fun...
