Bij een gerenommeerd en groeiend bedrijf in de voedingsindustrie (dessertproductie) krijg je de kans om te werken in een modern productiebedrijf met 2 ploegen en aantrekkelijke premies. Hier combineer je werkzekerheid met doorgroeimogelijkheden en een grondige opleiding. Functieomschrijving

Als mengoperator in Tessenderlo speel je een cruciale rol in het productieproces van hoogwaardige desserts. Je zorgt voor een vlot en correct verloop van de productie, met focus op kwaliteit en veiligheid. Jouw takenpakket omvat o.a.:

Instellen, bedienen en opvolgen van meng- en UHT-installaties

Uitvoeren van mengprocessen, sterilisatie, koeling en steriele opslag

Controleren van kritische controlepunten (CCP's), zoals temperatuur en debiet

Inspecteren van filters op intactheid en vreemde voorwerpen

Signaleren en correct handelen bij afwijkingen in het productieproces

Invullen van productie- en controledocumenten

Reinigen van installaties en opvolgen van procedures (o.a. bij allergenen)

Samenwerken met collega's en bijdragen aan een veilige en hygiënische werkomgeving

Wie ben jij? Wij zoeken gemotiveerde kandidaten die zich herkennen in onderstaand profiel:

Je bent op zoek naar een job als mengoperator in de regio Tessenderlo

Je werkt nauwkeurig, hygiënisch en hebt oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid

Je bent alert en reageert correct bij afwijkingen

Je hebt een basiskennis van HACCP en GMP (of wil dit graag leren)

Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegen te werken (met kans op vaste nacht op termijn)

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar functioneert ook goed in teamverband

Ervaring in de voedingssector is een plus, geen must
