The posting

Voor een klasse 8 bouwbedrijf met een brede portefeuille aan projecten zoeken we een MEP Project Coördinator! In deze rol coördineer je de technische gebouwinstallaties binnen uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, van nieuwbouw en renovatie tot Design & Build en traditionele contractvormen.

Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de verschillende betrokken partijen en waakt over de technische afstemming, planning en uitvoering van MEP-dossiers. Je volgt installatietechnische aspecten van dichtbij op en zorgt ervoor dat de technische disciplines vlot geïntegreerd worden in het totale bouwproces.

Typische verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Coördineren en opvolgen van MEP-dossiers tijdens de studie- en uitvoeringsfase.
  • Afstemmen met interne teams, onderaannemers, leveranciers en bouwpartners.
  • Bewaken van technische kwaliteit, planning en uitvoerbaarheid op de werf.
  • Ondersteunen bij het uitwerken en optimaliseren van technische oplossingen.
  • Signaleren van knelpunten en proactief meedenken in functie van planning en uitvoering.
  • Opvolgen van technische documenten, plannen en aanpassingen.
  • Meewerken aan een veilige, efficiënte en gestructureerde werforganisatie.

We zoeken een ervaren professional met een sterke affiniteit voor technische coördinatie binnen de bouwsector. Je hebt een hands-on aanpak, denkt oplossingsgericht en voelt je comfortabel in een omgeving waar verschillende technische disciplines samenkomen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie binnen bouw, techniek of projectcoördinatie.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdenkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van MEP-systemen en bouwtechnische processen.
  • Je kan vlot plannen, organiseren en prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je communiceert helder en professioneel met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en volgt dossiers proactief op.
  • Je bent vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van bijkomende talen is een plus.
  • Je bent bereid om regelmatig op de werf aanwezig te zijn in Genk en omgeving.
