Daarom zoeken we een analytisch sterke en commercieel gedreven Merchandise Planner die samen met ons wil bouwen aan de toekomst. Als Merchandise Planner speel je een belangrijke rol in het realiseren van onze commerciële doelstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling Inkoop en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen, bewaken en optimaliseren van de merchandise- en inkoopbudgetten. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de cijfers. Je begrijpt wat er commercieel speelt, signaleert kansen en risico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete adviezen. Met jouw analyses en forecasts zorg je ervoor dat we op het juiste moment de juiste investeringen doen in ons assortiment. Wat ga je doen? - Samen met de afdeling Inkoop opstellen en beheren van merchandise- en inkoopbudgetten. - Verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken en managen van de Open-to-Buy (OTB), zodat er continu inzicht is in de beschikbare inkoopruimte. - Opstellen en bijsturen van omzet-, marge- en voorraadforecasts. - Analyseren van verkoopresultaten, voorraadontwikkelingen en commerciële prestaties per productgroep. - Signaleren van kansen en risico's en hierover proactief adviseren richting Inkoop en Management. - Bewaken van de balans tussen omzetgroei, voorraadbeschikbaarheid, marge en voorraadrisico. - Evalueren van de prestaties van assortimenten en adviseren over toekomstige inkoopbeslissingen. - Actief bijdragen aan het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van merchandise planning binnen Wibra. Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor Inkoop en helpt de organisatie om steeds beter onderbouwde commerciële beslissingen te nemen. Wat neem je hiervoor mee?
