This role partners with Geo, Global, and Channel Merchandising, DSM, Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Marketplace teams to deliver consumer-led, profitable growth. The role reports to the Director, EMEA Training Apparel Merchandising. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR Everything begins and ends with the consumer. Nike is looking for a consumer-focused merchant with a strong affinity for product who can thrive in the fast-moving world of retail and an evolving marketplace. A successful Merchant II in Nike Training Apparel strengthens an inclusive, positive, and forward-thinking team dynamic, bringing curiosity, energy, and passion to the work. This merchant understands consumer needs and marketplace dynamics, approaches opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset, and learns through experimentation. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, think ahead, and adapt their approach as priorities evolve.
