MES Data Engineer Pro-Fa Automation B.V. Pro-Fa Automation B.V. is op zoek naar een MES Data Engineer - Fulltime - HBO, WO - € 3000 - € 5500 per maand Wat ga je doen? Je werkt op het snijvlak van industriële automatisering, data-engineering en softwareontwikkeling. Dat klinkt als drie banen, maar het is er gelukkig maar één. Je ontwerpt datamodellen voor productieprocessen, bouwt integraties tussen machines, MES-systemen en bedrijfssoftware (denk ERP, LIMS, PLC/SCADA), en ontwikkelt API-koppelingen die al die systemen laten samenwerken. Je structureert productiegegevens voor analyse en rapportage, schrijft scripts en configuraties binnen MES- en dataplatformen, en test alles tot het (minimaal) spatwaterdicht is. Eerst op kantoor (FAT), daarna bij de klant (SAT). Die klanten zitten vooral in de voedingsmiddelen- en farmaceutische industrie. Gereguleerde omgevingen dus, waar kwaliteit, documentatie en traceability geen nice-to-haves zijn maar (terecht!)) keiharde eisen. Je werkt in projectteams van twee tot vier engineers, aan projecten die vier tot twaalf maanden duren. Af en toe reis je naar de klant (10-20%, voornamelijk Nederland, incidenteel Europa). Je tech-speelkist: AVEVA MES, ons eigen Production Insight platform, Microsoft SQL Server, .NET, JavaScript, REST API, OPC UA, Power BI en SSRS. Bovendien denk en beslis je mee over de doorontwikkeling van Production Insight. Je bouwt dus niet alleen mét het platform, je bouwt er ook áán. Je trekt op met 30+ PLC/SCADA engineers en 15+ MES engineers. Ervaren mensen die je graag verder helpen. En als je een early adopter bent die nieuwe tooling wil uitproberen - cloud computing, data science, zelflerende algoritmen - dan ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Onze beste projecten?
