Wir setzen Impulse - seit 1983 entwickelt, produziert und vertreibt Leonhard Lang Medizinprodukte, wie Elektrodensysteme und Zubehör für EKG, Elektrochirurgie, Defibrillation, Stimulation sowie Gele und Fixierungen. Weltweit werden diese Produkte in Spitälern, bei Ärzt:innen und in gesundheitlichen Notfallsituationen eingesetzt. Als Teil unseres Teams trägst auch du zur Gesundheit und Heilung von Patient:innen bei. 1 Messtechniker:in Deine Aufgaben

* Erstellung von Prüfabläufen und Messprogrammen an unterschiedlichen Messgeräten

* Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prüfabläufe und Prüfmethoden

* Erstellung, Pflege, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung von Vorgabedokumenten für Prüfmittel und Messmethoden

* Betreuung prüfmittelrelevanter Software sowie Unterstützung der Anwender

* Beschaffung, Kalibrierung und Wartung von Prüfmitteln und Messsystemen

* Erstellung von Vorschriften für die interne Kalibrierung von Prüfmitteln

* Durchführung von Prüfmittelkalibrierungen

* Koordination, fachliche Beratung und Schulung operativer Mitarbeitender im Umgang mit Prüfmitteln und Prüfabläufen

* Führung und Pflege von Qualitätsaufzeichnungen gemäß Good Documentation Practice (GDP)

* Mitarbeit bei Fehleranalysen sowie bei Reklamations-, Abweichungs- und CAPA-Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit Prüfmitteln und Messmethoden

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene technische oder naturwissenschaftliche Ausbildung, z. B. HTL, FH oder Universität

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätswesen, idealerweise im Umfeld von Medizinprodukten

* Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und regulatorischer Anforderungen, insbesondere ISO 13485

* Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägte analytische sowie prozess- und lösungsorientierte Denkweise

* Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Qualitätsorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Wissen weiterzugeben sowie Mitarbeitende anzuleiten und zu schulen

* Innovationsfreude und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen fachlichen Weiterbildung
