Wir sind die Experten für die Erhaltung der internationalen Infrastruktur im Bereich Straßen- und Schienennetze. Unser Hauptgebiet liegt in der stätigen Entwicklung unserer iBWIM Messanlage, dessen Vertrieb und Installation an Brücken. Daneben arbeiten wir noch an der Infrastruktur-Datenbank BAUT, Vertrieb des Variables Processors (VaP) und an Forschungsprojekten im Maintenance-Bereich.

Technik, die Brücken sicherer macht: Die PSP GmbH entwickelt und betreut innovative Lösungen zur Überwachung von Straßen- und Schieneninfrastruktur. Mit unserem iBWIM-System erfassen wir die Belastung von Brücken durch den fließenden Verkehr. Für die Umsetzung unserer Bridge-Weigh-in-Motion-Projekte suchen wir eine technisch interessierte Persönlichkeit, die gerne plant, anpackt und draußen arbeitet.

Ihr Aufgabenbereich:

* Planung und Vorbereitung von Sensormontagen und Messeinsätzen an Brücken

* Installation, Verkabelung und Inbetriebnahme von Sensorik und iBWIM-Messanlagen vor Ort

* Funktionsprüfungen, Messwertkontrolle, Fehlersuche und technische Dokumentation

* Kleinere elektrotechnische Anpassungen und Korrekturmaßnahmen im Rahmen Ihrer Qualifikation

* Mitarbeit bei nationalen und internationalen Bridge-Weigh-in-Motion-Projekten sowie bei technischen Weiterentwicklungen

Ihr Profil:

* Technische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, Fachschule oder HTL) in Elektrotechnik, Elektronik, Mechatronik oder einem verwandten Bereich - auch motivierte Berufseinsteiger:innen willkommen

* Grundkenntnisse in Elektrotechnik und Freude an Mess- und Sensortechnik

* Handwerkliches Geschick, sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Interesse an Software, Daten und Netzwerktechnik von Vorteil

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse und Englischkenntnisse für die Projektarbeit

* Bereitschaft zu Außeneinsätzen, Arbeiten im Freien und projektbezogenen Reisen; Führerschein B erforderlich

Arbeitszeit: Montag - Donnerstag 08:00-12:00 und 13:00-17:30 Uhr, Freitag 08:00-13:30 Uhr

Die Entlohnung erfolgt nach dem österreichischen IT-Kollektivvertrag (IT-KV 2026); die Einstufung richtet sich nach den überwiegenden Tätigkeiten und der anrechenbaren Erfahrung. Für diese Vollzeitposition ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von € 46.000 bis € 65.000 vorgesehen, abhängig von Qualifikation, Erfahrung und kollektivvertraglicher Einstufung.
