Bij Medewerkersindezorg.nl kan dat. Via onze flexpool werk je bij zorgorganisaties in Hoorn wanneer het jou uitkomt. Geen vaste werkdagen en geen verplicht aantal uren. Jij bepaalt zelf wanneer je een dienst draait. Wat bieden wij jou - € 19,32 tot € 26,71 bruto per uur (inclusief 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering) - CAO VVT, vaak is een extra trede mogelijk; - € 3.014 tot € 4.166 bruto per maand obv 36 uur (inclusief 8% vakantiegeld en 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering) - CAO VVT, vaak is een extra trede mogelijk; - Volledige vrijheid om zelf je diensten te kiezen; - Geen verplicht aantal uren per week of maand; - Diensten bij verschillende zorgorganisaties; - ORT wanneer je op onregelmatige tijden werkt; - Keuze uit wekelijkse of vierwekelijkse uitbetaling; - Eenvoudig beschikbare diensten bekijken en plannen via onze app; - Persoonlijk contact met ons team.

Werkzaamheden Tijdens een dienst werk je als Helpende, Helpende Plus of Verzorgende IG en voer je de werkzaamheden uit die bij jouw functie horen. Je ondersteunt bewoners en cliënten bij hun dagelijkse verzorging en ADL en draagt samen met je collega's bij aan goede en persoonlijke zorg.

Daarbij is jouw ervaring waardevol. Je kent het vak, weet wat er op een afdeling van je wordt verwacht en hebt in de loop der jaren veel kennis opgebouwd die je nog steeds kunt inzetten.

Werken in de zorg kan lichamelijk inspannend zijn. Je bent tijdens een dienst veel in beweging en ondersteunt bewoners bijvoorbeeld bij hun persoonlijke verzorging en ADL. Daarom is het belangrijk dat je fysiek in staat bent om alle werkzaamheden en ADL-handelingen die bij
