Voor een toonaangevende onderneming in de regio Wervik zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalent metaalarbeider. Dit bedrijf is een vaste waarde binnen de wereld van recycling en circulaire economie. Ze combineren innovatieve technologieën met een duidelijke missie: waardevolle grondstoffen hergebruiken en zo bijdragen aan een groenere toekomst. Als allround metaalarbeider kom je terecht in een dynamische productieomgeving waar je zal instaan voor diverse werkzaamheden: van snijden en lassen tot monteren en herstellen van metalen onderdelen. Dankzij jouw technische feeling en oog voor kwaliteit, lever je telkens weer werk af om trots op te zijn. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar je motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk!

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Binnen je rol ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werf, waar je samen met de siteverantwoordelijke zorgt dat alles vlot en veilig verloopt
  • Je speelt een sleutelrol bij de ontvangst van handelaars en voert met een scherp oog kwaliteitscontroles uit op het aangeleverde materiaal
  • Met jouw kennis en precisie zorg je voor een correcte classificatie van metalen volgens soort, kwaliteit en zuiverheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot met de weegbrugverantwoordelijke zodat elke lading correct wordt geregistreerd en verwerkt.
  • Enkele jaren ervaring binnen de metaalsector, alsook ervaring met een heftruck is een pluspunt!
  • Je stelt je flexibel op en kan af en toe inspringen op zaterdagvoormiddag
  • Je bent ambitieus en wil je verder bijscholen indien dit wordt aangeboden
  • Sterke Nederlandse kennis omwille van veiligheid & communicatie
