Metaalbedrijf in Lichtervelde

Deze firma is ontstaan in de jaren '40 waarbij aluminium buizen werden geproduceerd. We zijn zoveel jaar later en ondertussen is onze klant een wereldspeler. Ze zijn specialist op vlak van aluminium buizen. Wellicht ben jij ook al in aanraking gekomen met een product van hen: tuingereedschap, krukken, roeispanen, buizen voor meubels, enzoverder. Ze zijn gekend als goede werkgever en hebben tal van troeven!

Arbeider afdeling gieterij

Je komt terecht op de afdeling waar alle buizen worden gegoten. Via een interne opleiding kom je alles te weten over de aluminium producten. Hierbij komt kijken:

  • instellen van parameters
  • nemen van monsters en analyses doen
  • klaarzetten van gietinstallatie

Jouw uren in 5 ploegen

Je werkt in 5 ploegen waarbij je telkens 4 dagen werkt en 3 dagen thuis bent. Je wisselt af tussen de vroege, late en de nachtshift. Extra vrije tijd voor jou dus!

  • vroege ploeg: 6u tot 14u
  • late ploeg: 14u tot 22u
  • nacht: 22u tot 6u

Je werkt vaak in het weekend. Het voordeel is dat dit aan 150% of 200% is uitbetaald. Extra centjes voor jouw spaarpot!

  • mooie verloning: 18,30 euro (ploegen) of 21 euro (nacht)
  • maaltijdcheques van 7 euro
  • extra bonussen per jaar: rond de 2000 euro per jaar (bij vast contract)

  • 10 extra dagen verlof (betaald en vrij te kiezen wanneer)
  • indien gewenst kan je doorgroeien
  • indien gewenst kan je overuren doen in het weekend (aan 150% of 200%)
  • job optie vast
  • hoge veiligheidsnormen: elke maand krijgt 1 werknemer een cadeau cheque van 35 euro voor het melden van een onveilige situatie
  • bij vast contract: groepsverzekering en hospitalisatieverzekering
  • regelmatige indexeringen van het loon (mei 2022 --> + 5%)
