Ben jij een nauwkeurige aanpakker die houdt van een strak afgewerkt product? Voor de regio Dendermonde, zijn we op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Slijper / Ontbramer.

Is het je eerste ervaring in de metaalsector of zoek je een mooie instap om jouw hands-on vaardigheden verder te ontplooien? Dan is deze functie de ideale kans!

Jouw takenpakket

Als slijper/ontbramer sta je in voor:

  • Bewerking & Afwerking: Het vakkundig verwijderen van bramen, scherpe randen en giet- of lasnaden van verschillende metaalcomponenten
  • Gereedschap & Machines: Werken met handgereedschap (zoals een haakse slijper/flex, vijlen en schuurbanden) en/of het bedienen van automatische ontbraammachines
  • Kwaliteitscontrole: Visueel en op het gevoel controleren of de afgewerkte onderdelen exact voldoen aan de kwaliteitseisen en technische tekeningen
  • Voorbereiding: Het reinigen en klaarmaken van de wisselstukken voor de volgende stap in het productieproces (zoals spuiten, lakken of montage)

  • Hands-on & Nauwkeurig: Je werkt met oog voor detail en bent pas tevreden als een onderdeel perfect glad is afgewerkt
  • Fysiek in orde: Je deinst niet terug voor fysiek werk in een dynamische werkplaats of fabriekshal
  • Communicatie: Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal
  • Veiligheid eerst: Je draagt veiligheid hoog in het vaandel en werkt vlot met persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (gehoorbescherming, stofmasker, veiligheidsbril)
  • Instelling: Geen specifieke voorkennis vereist; motivatie, leergierigheid en de juiste werkattitude wegen voor ons zwaarder dan ervaring
