Metaalbewerker (tot €3500) Zwolle Het betreft een metaalbedrijf met moderne apparatuur (robotlasers). Tosec is een metaalbedrijf uit Zwolle, volledig gespecialiseerd in plaatbewerking. Ze snijden, verspanen, buigen en lassen op 1 locatie waardoor hun levertijden kort worden gehouden en ze een hoge leverbetrouwbaarheid kunnen garanderen. Het machinepark is ruim opgezet en biedt kansen voor zowel kleine als zeer grote producten en van enkel stuks tot seriematig werk. Functieomschrijving Opdrachtgever is op zoek naar een bekwame metaalbewerker. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewerken en vervaardigen van metalen onderdelen volgens specificaties en tekeningen. - CNC verspanen volgens tekening; - Uitvoeren eindcontrole met meetinstrumenten; - Klaarmaken werkplek en machine instellingen controleren; - Preventief onderhoud uitvoeren; - Opruimen en onderhouden van de werkplek; - Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte en nauwkeurige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden. Functie-eisen - Aantoonbare ervaring als metaalbewerker of vergelijkbare functie; - Kennis van verschillende metaalbewerkingstechnieken en gereedschappen; - Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gemotiveerd; - In staat om technische tekeningen te lezen; - Minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau; - Veiligheid en netjes werken.
