Ben jij een lasser die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt? Wil je meer doen dan alleen aan de laspost staan en werk je graag samen met een ploeg aan stevige technische projecten? Dan zit je hier goed. Je gaat elke dag op pad naar werven in West-Vlaanderen waar je mee bouwt aan technische constructies. Je last, monteert en denkt mee op de werf. Geen dagen vol papierwerk of vergaderingen, maar gewoon doen waar je goed in bent. Je komt terecht in een team waar collega's op elkaar kunnen rekenen en waar respect belangrijker is dan grote woorden.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je monteert samen met je collega's technische constructies op verschillende werven.
  • Je voert elektrode- en HA-laswerken uit.
  • Je werkt volgens een technisch plan en krijgt ondersteuning van de voorman.
  • Je helpt mee om projecten kwalitatief en veilig af te werken.
  • Je denkt praktisch mee wanneer er een oplossing gezocht moet worden.

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een stabiele technische onderneming waar vakmensen centraal staan. Hier draait het niet om mooie praatjes, maar om degelijk werk afleveren en op elkaar kunnen rekenen. Je werkt samen met collega's die hun job kennen en elkaar helpen waar nodig. Er wordt hard gewerkt, maar er is ook ruimte voor een lach.
