Ben jij handig en werk je graag met metaal? Dan hebben wij een mooie uitdaging voor jou! Als productiemedewerker ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons productieproces. Je werkt met handbediende metaalbewerkingsmachines, zorgt voor nauwkeurige technische bewerkingen en houdt het proces soepel draaiende. Wat ga je doen? Je stapt binnen in een productieomgeving waar vakmanschap en precisie centraal staan. Op jouw werkplek begin je met het instellen van de metaalbewerkingsmachines, waarbij jij direct invloed hebt op de kwaliteit van het eindproduct. Je voelt feilloos aan wanneer een machine goed draait en wanneer er iets moet worden bijgestuurd. Start er een nieuwe productieserie? Dan bouw je de machine zelfstandig om, zodat alles perfect staat afgesteld. Ook tijdens het laswerk en andere technische bewerkingen werk je zorgvuldig en met oog voor detail. Je blijft het proces continu volgen, voert tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles uit en grijpt direct in zodra je een afwijking ziet. En moet er iets worden verplaatst? Dan pak je de heftruck om materialen of onderdelen op de juiste plek te krijgen. Dankzij jouw inzet blijft de productie veilig, soepel en foutloos draaien. Dit hoort daar allemaal bij: Instellen, bedienen en controleren van handbediende metaalbewerkingsmachines. Uitvoeren van laswerk en andere handmatige technische bewerkingen. Ombouwen van machines bij nieuwe productseries. Alert reageren op afwijkingen en storingen. Uitvoeren van tussentijdse kwaliteitscontroles. Werken volgens vaste veiligheids- en werkprocedures. Heftruck rijden voor het verplaatsen van onderdelen en materialen. Wat kun jij? Affiniteit met techniek, of dat nu uit hobby, eerdere banen of opleiding komt. Ervaring met lassen of metaalbewerking, of bereid zijn dit te leren. Kunnen lezen van technische tekeningen, of bereid zijn dit te leren. Leergierigheid en de drive om jezelf breed te ontwikkelen. Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal voor veiligheid en instructies. Heftruckcertificaat

of bereid dit te behalen. Je voelt je thuis in een rustige, stabiele werkomgeving waar precisie belangrijk is. Wat krijg je? Fulltime dagdienst: ma t/m do 07:30–16:45 uur, vr tot 11:45 uur. Marktconform salaris volgens de CAO Metaalbewerking. Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf de eerste kilometer. Tijdelijk contract met uitzicht op vast bij goed functioneren. Grondige inwerkperiode: de eerste maanden werk je met een ervaren collega die je alles leert. Veel ontwikkelmogelijkheden: specialiseren en doorgroeien binnen het productieproces. Een schone, veilige werkplek met goed gereedschap en duidelijke procedures. Een hecht en collegiaal team met gezellige jaarlijkse uitjes. Je komt te werken bij een producent van hoogwaardige draadgaas-transportbanden. Hier staan vakmanschap, kwaliteit en teamwork centraal. De productie is grotendeels handmatig en vraagt om precisie, technisch inzicht en verantwoordelijkheid. Je werkt in een vertrouwde, betrokken omgeving waar iedereen elkaar kent en helpt.
